London Bar Concierge provides mobile bars, bar staff, event equipment and DJs for private and corporate events in London. For UK GDPR purposes we are the data controller for the information you share with us.

Enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, company (if relevant), event date, location, guest numbers, budget range, drinks preferences and anything you write in your brief.
Account details: if you create an account to view your quote and event plan, we store your email address and profile details.
Operational details: quotes, payments, messages and files you upload for your event.
Technical data: basic server and analytics data such as pages visited, used to keep the site working and understand demand.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and staff your event, take payment, and keep you updated. This is necessary to enter into and perform our contract with you.
To keep records for accounting, licensing and insurance purposes, which is a legal obligation.
To improve our service and, where you have agreed, to send occasional emails about availability and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Bar staff, DJs and suppliers assigned to your event receive only the details they need to work it — venue, timings, guest numbers and access notes.
Our service providers: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery and payment processing. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us.
Booking, quote and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet UK accounting requirements. Photos and files uploaded for an event are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email hello@londonbarconcierge.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
