You get an instant reference number so you can track the enquiry.
A coordinator checks staffing ratios, drink volumes, kit and access, then builds your plan around the room and the budget.
We'll ask about power, water, licensing and access if the venue needs it.
An itemised quote with line items, quantities, VAT and a clear deposit figure. Add extras such as a second bartender, DJ or longer hours.
Quotes are held for 7 days and nothing is booked until you accept.
Accept online and pay the booking deposit to lock the date. The balance is due before the event.
Card payments are handled securely; a mocked flow is used in this demo.
Staff, DJs, equipment and beverage orders are assigned, and a written run-sheet is shared with everyone working the event.
You can message your coordinator and upload venue briefs at any time.
Our crew arrive early, set up, serve, and clear down quietly. You host; we pour.
After the event, your final plan stays in your dashboard for reference.
