The booking terms behind every quote — deposits, changes, licensing and what happens on the day.

Quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the guest numbers, hours and location you give us. A booking is confirmed when the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid.
Optional extras shown on your quote can be switched on or off from your dashboard until 14 days before the event, after which changes are subject to availability.
A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT where shown. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Cancel more than 30 days before the event and the deposit is retained; between 30 and 14 days, 50% of the total is payable; within 14 days, the full amount is payable, as staff and stock are committed by then.
You may move your date once, free of charge, if you tell us more than 30 days ahead and we have availability. Peak-season dates may carry a price difference.
Guest numbers can be reduced by up to 15% until 14 days before the event. Increases are welcome subject to staffing and stock.
Where a licence is required for the sale of alcohol at your venue, we will tell you at quote stage and arrange a Temporary Event Notice where possible. It is your responsibility to confirm the venue permits our set-up and access times.
Our teams operate a Challenge 25 policy and may refuse service to anyone underage or intoxicated. Our staff may end service early if they judge it unsafe to continue; no refund is due in that case.
We need reasonable access for loading, a level area for the bar, and access to power and water where the quote assumes it. Delays caused by access outside the agreed window may incur additional hourly charges.
Hired equipment remains our property. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by guests during the hire period, charged at replacement cost.
We hold public liability insurance and our staff are trained and briefed for each event. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control such as extreme weather, venue closure or transport disruption; in those cases we will offer an alternative date or a proportionate refund.
We may photograph our bar set-up for our portfolio. We will not photograph guests or publish anything identifiable without your written agreement, and you can opt out entirely by telling us before the event.
