Mixologist hire

Mixologist hire in London

A mixologist is worth booking when the drink is part of the story — a launch serve, a couple's cocktail, a menu built around a room or a season. The work happens before the night as much as during it.

How a bespoke serve is developed

  • Brief — the occasion, the guests, flavours you like and anything you want referenced.
  • Proposal — two or three directions with the reasoning, not just names.
  • Refinement — we adjust sweetness, strength and garnish to the room and the food.
  • Sign-off — a written recipe, garnish spec and batching plan goes onto the run-sheet.

Designing for volume, not for a photo

A serve that takes ninety seconds to build is fine for six people and unworkable for a hundred. We design the drink and the service method together so the finished cocktail looks considered and still lands in a guest's hand quickly.

What you receive afterwards

  • The final recipes, yours to keep
  • A batching plan if you want to recreate the serve at home
  • Consumption notes so the next event is quoted more accurately

Questions we get asked

Before you enquire

What is the difference between a bartender and a mixologist booking?

A bartender books for service. A mixologist booking includes the design work before the event — recipe development, garnish spec and a batching plan — as well as the service itself.

Can we taste the cocktails before the event?

Yes, tastings can be arranged and are quoted separately since they carry their own stock and time.

Do you work around dietary or allergen requirements?

Yes. Tell us at brief stage and the recipes are built around it rather than adapted on the night.
