Brand activation bars in London

For a launch, the bar is a channel. It sets the pace of the room, gives people a reason to stop, and produces the image that ends up in the recap deck. It also has to keep serving when two hundred people arrive in twenty minutes.

Designing a serve around the product

The serve should reference the brand without becoming a gimmick. We work from your product, palette or story to a drink that reads clearly in a photograph and can still be made two hundred times in an evening.

Planning for the arrival spike

  • Press and launch crowds arrive in a narrow window; a bar built for the average pace will fail at the peak.
  • We model serve rate against expected arrivals and add a tray-service team or second station where the numbers demand it.
  • Pre-batched arrival drinks clear the door queue and let the bar catch its breath.

Styling the bar

  • Branded bar front, back-bar dressing and glassware chosen to photograph well
  • Garnish and serve styled for close-up photography
  • Menu cards carrying your typography rather than ours

What you get afterwards

  • Consumption reporting by serve
  • RSVP and attendance data from the event microsite
  • A gallery page for the recap, if you use the microsite

Questions we get asked

Before you enquire

Can the bar carry our branding?

Yes. We style the bar front, back bar and menus to your assets. Send artwork at brief stage and we confirm what works on the unit.

Can you handle a large arrival spike?

That is the main thing we plan for at launches — pre-batched arrival drinks, tray service through the door and, where numbers justify it, a second service point.

Do you capture guest data?

Through the event microsite, yes: RSVPs, attendance and preferences, with the guest's consent and under your own privacy terms.
