Three ways venues use us

  • Shift cover — named crew filling gaps in your rota, working to your service standards and till.
  • Private-hire teams — a self-contained bar team for buyouts, so your core staff keep the main floor running.
  • Full bar operation — for dry-hire spaces without a bar of their own, we run the whole service and hand the space back.

Working to your standards, not ours

Crew are briefed on your spec sheet: your serves, your glassware, your till and your service style. Where you have house rules on upselling, allergens or last orders, those go into the brief before anyone is scheduled.

Consistency across bookings

  • The same crew wherever availability allows, so briefing time falls each time
  • One contact for scheduling rather than a rotating account manager
  • Feedback recorded against each crew member after every shift

Questions we get asked

Before you enquire

Can crew work to our service specification?

Yes. We brief against your spec sheet — serves, glassware, till, service style and house rules — before anyone is scheduled.

Do you offer short-notice cover?

Where crew availability allows. Standing arrangements are more reliable than ad-hoc requests, so most venues set up a regular pattern and add cover on top.

How is venue staffing priced?

On ongoing terms agreed with you rather than per-event consumer pricing. Get in touch and we will put commercials in front of you.
